Grady Memorial Hospital, Five Oaks Family Medical Clinic, Five Oaks Medical Group, Rush Springs Family Medical Clinic, and Tuttle Family Medical Clinic are pleased to announce our new Patient Portal. This interactive web portal will empower patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to their health information and online communication with Clinic staff.

Hours of Operation




The Grady Café is open to the public and seating is available in our dining hall.



Weekdays:

Breakfast 6:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Lunch 10:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Dinner 4:45 p.m - 6:00 p.m.



Weekends: 6:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.



Holidays follow the weekend schedule except for Thanksgiving/Christmas which follows the weekday schedule.



This week's Menu (March 8-14)



Every day there are hotdogs, hamburgers, and deli options.





Monday: Breakfast: Apple fritters

Lunch/Dinner: Korean BBQ Beef (bulgogi) $3, Breaded chicken on Hawaiian bun $4, curly fries, Garlic Rice, Stirfry vegetables, carrots



Tuesday: Breakfast: Waffles

Lunch/Dinner: House made burgers $4, Grilled pork chop $4, add ons: .50 sauteed mushrooms, peppers and onions.

Dragon bites, tater tots, broccoli



Wednesday: Breakfast: Donuts/Long johns

Lunch/Dinner: Chicken ala king on rice $4, Salisbury steak w/mushroom gravy $4, White rice, mashed potatoes, roasted cauliflower, peas and carrots



Thursday: Breakfast: Chef's Choice

Lunch/Dinner: Chicken Alfredo on penne pasta w/fresh spinach, tomato and touch of pesto (with out nuts) $4, Beef fajitas w/tortillas $4, refried beans, fried potatoes, creamed fiesta corn, Capri veg blend, garlic toast.



Friday: Breakfast: Tornadoes

Lunch/Dinner: Fried fish $1.25, Baked citrus grill filet $3, Irish Nachos (waffle fries covered w/chicken, cheese sauce, chili, jalapeno, tomato,onion) $4, green beans, coleslaw.
