Accounting Assistant - FT - Accounting

The Accounting Assistant supports the accounting department by performing clerical and entry-level accounting tasks related to patient billing, vendor transactions, financial recordkeeping and assisting with routine accounting activities. This role requires accuracy, compliance with healthcare regulations, and timely processing of financial data. The Accounting Assistant works closely with the accounting team to maintain smooth financial operations. Previous bookkeeping experience or equivalent banking experience with exposure to cash controls. Healthcare experience is a plus. High level of proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and/or Google sheets. Experience with word processing and email required.
